Desert therapy

I got to head out West last week and spend some time camping in the desert with Jess. On Saturday I spent the day linking up various bike trails and jeep roads north of Moab.

It was a fun 14+ hour bike ride. Starting well before dawn and finishing just as it was getting dark.

Mr. Fred was a gracious host as usual. Also pictured here are Jerry, Sean, and Matt.
In desperate need of more therapy, Essam and I will be heading west once again this weekend. Maybe we'll see ya out there getting some therapy of your own.

Once I get back I'll try to get caught up on trip reports and pictures of the day.
