Unfortunately the snowcat had groomed the trail earlier that morning which made it very difficult to find any snow firm enough to ride.
After watching the sunrise we went a little farther up the trail before deciding to turn around and go find a different trail to ride.
A little connector trail over to the loop...
and onto some MUCH firmer corduroy.
Sweet day to have the trail to ourselves.

Taking a little break in the sun.
Getting the blood flowing after our break.
Not the epic we had planned, but still a great day to get out and ride.
